Due to personal circumstances Estella Saxton has taken the difficult decision to stand down as British Manchester Terrier Club Hon Secretary effective from September 1st 2023. Following consultation with the Kennel Club, a BMTC committee meeting was held where it was proposed that Sonia Owczarek (Assistant Secretary) should step up into the role of Hon Secretary until the 2024 AGM. This was agreed unanimously by the committee. In order to support and guide Sonia it was also proposed, and unanimously accepted that Estella should take on the role of BMTC Assistant Secretary until the 2024 AGM. The Club and Committee thank Estella for all her hard work for the Club and our Breed whilst in the role. Estella will continue to maintain her role and responsibilities on the BMTC Health Committee.
