At the British Manchester Terrier Club’s Championship Show

Nominations for Club Championship Show Judges: February 2024, February 2025, October 2025.

After advice from the Royal Kennel Club, the British Manchester Terrier Club can make provision for judging nominations & a ballot outside of club ‘Rules and Regulations’ in order to conduct club business before an AGM. To that effect:

The membership are invited to nominate judges for the above shows for ballot at the BMTC Fun Weekend.

Nominations for the Club Championship Shows shall come only from the revised Specialist A1 List, Specialist A2 List, Specialist A3 list or Non- Specialist A1 list.

Nominations must be in writing, proposed and seconded, with the nominee`s permission and must

Be with the Secretary on or before the 30th September 2023.

The nominated judges MUST be available to carry out their appointment at any of the listed shows.

The Chairperson will appoint two scrutineers from members present before the days showing commences. The Ballot papers MUST be placed in the provided ballot box on the Secretaries table before 12 noon. The 3 judges who have most votes cast will be announced at 1pm.
