Manchester Terrier Happening - 16 - 17 June 2018

The Manchester Terrier Happening is an event which has been running for many years and is held in a different European country each year. This year it is the turn of the UK and it is being organised by Judy Thurlow and her co-organiser Carol Wicker. Both of which are proud to see it’s return to the UK.

It is being held at Waldegraves Holiday Park on the Essex coast where walks on the beach and surrounding area will keep you fit!

It is the opportunity for Manchester Terrier owners from all over the world to get together and have fun with their dogs and socialise with like-minded enthusiasts!

You can take part in a variety of games, terrier racing and the conformation show, and don’t worry, there are pet/family/neutered classes too. The dogs earn points at each discipline which when totaled will give the best overall Manchester Terrier. The winner earns the prestige of Happening Champion and guardian of the trophy for a year and to have their dog’s name engraved on the plinth, pictured above.

They already have their judge, a Manchester Terrier owner/breeder from Europe, but the identity will not be publicly known until after the entry closing date of the event.

Information and entry forms are available to download on the MT Happening website.

Judy and Carol Wicker are looking forward to welcoming you all.
